At the Bombay Chamber DEI Awards, our goal is to acknowledge organisations that are advancing the DEI agenda through innovative practices and initiatives.

Judging Criteria:

The jury will judge all nominations on a scale of 1-4 on the following three criteria:

1. Innovation - The extent to which an organisation has introduced novel ideas, methods or approaches to promote diversity, equity and inclusion.

2. Impact - The extent to which the initiative has had a tangible outcome, such as improved diversity metrics, increased employee satisfaction, and positive organisational culture changes.

3. Industry Leading - The extent to which the initiative sets an industry standard, benchmark or serves as a model in diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The nomination fee per company is as follows:
