Membership Category

Primary Members

Companies with 50 % or more Indian Ownership are eligible to apply for Primary Membership of SIDM. The Membership Fee is based on Annual Turnover of the Company as per the following slab. Primary Members have Voting rights.

Less than 100 Cr	Rs. 10,000/- + GST
Turnover 100-300 Cr	Rs. 50,000/0 + GST
Turnover 300-500 Cr	Rs. 1,00,000/- + GST
Turnover 500-700 Cr	Rs. 2,00,000/- + GST
Turnover over 700 Cr	Rs. 3,00,000/- + GST

Institutional Members

Academia, Societies, Associations and Research Organisations can apply for membership under this category. Institutional Members do not have voting rights.

The Annual Membership Fee is Rs. 25,000/- + GST.

Associate Members

All Companies with more than 50% Foreign holding are considered as Associate Members. Associate Members do no have voting rights.

The Membership Fee is Rs. 1,00,000/- per Annum.

Entrance FEE

An entrance Fee is applicable and payable once at the time of joining SIDM.
